By accessing or using RevThread ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing any portion of the Service.

2. Description of Service

RevThread is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses plan, create, and manage social media content and marketing campaigns. The Service includes AI content generation, content scheduling, analytics, and related features as described on our website.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated.

You may not use another person's account without permission, share your account credentials with third parties, or use the Service in ways that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' use of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage patterns
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to help generate content suggestions, copy, and marketing materials. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use
• You retain responsibility for any content you publish or distribute, regardless of whether it was AI-assisted
• AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, and you should verify claims before publishing
• RevThread does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free of copyright issues or appropriate for your specific use case

6. Connected Accounts

The Service can connect to accounts your business already owns — a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, Google Business Profile, an ad account. Connecting one is optional, and you can disconnect at any time.

When you connect an account, you confirm that you are entitled to act for that business and that you accept the connected platform's own terms. RevThread acts on your instructions on those accounts — publishing what you approve, replying where you ask it to, and creating advertising you authorise. You remain responsible for what is published under your business's name.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant RevThread a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

RevThread owns all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights from RevThread to you, except for the limited right to use the Service as described here.

8. Payment and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. RevThread reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. RevThread may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we choose to discontinue the Service, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RevThread does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevThread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
